It’s close to a nice super market and restaurants, the room is simple and clean and appears secure and private. It’s not like a resort, just simple accommodations like a nicely done studio airbnb. Héctor is a awesome guy. Apartment was great, amenities for cooking, nice furniture. Good location, across the street from playa caracol which doesn’t get much seaweed. It’s walking distance to many convince stores and Chedraui. Internet could have been a better but im not in Cancun to use the internet. Also it’s better if you pay in cash because the terminal takes a percentage. Thanks again.

First, check my other reviews, I never give a review like this. Cancun is not a great place right now, but Cancun Suites Apartments SHOCKED me, the service and the apartment for the price. I live in Playa (PDC) and needed a place to stay for a few days, while my AC was repaired. Also needed to shop, and Las Americas mall is the place to shop. The manager, Hector, is absolutely unbelievable as far as service. For the small issues, always answered the phone or WhatsApp and showed up instantly. No view, no balcony, no smoking. But a big value.
Hector was amazing and managed everything excellent, he done a better job then my own travel agent and a great problem solver with fast responses, great customer service and extremely friendly. The travel agents make mistakes but Hector was sure too fix and accommodate the issues and make sure it works! Thanks alot Hector! A well deserved feedback with A star rating!

Very nice and helpful hosts. The place was near to a supermarket and near to a restaurant. They offered a shuttle to the airport at a very reasonable price. Overall the personnel was really very kind and helpful, as I travelled with a person of a mayor age, they were very patient and accomodating to our requests. The room was nice, clean and spacious.
